Port Authorities (Port Wine)
We cannot think of a liquor more versatile than port wine. An excellent accompiment with dessert it also works in all elements of a meal, from appetizers to entrees. Although it is difficult to get inebriated on Port wine, we do make our best effort. When we do not have glasses of wine affixed to our lips, Ronen is making "chicken" in a hazelnut port wine sauce while Dave makes a mushroom and fontina tart in a port wine reduction. Ronen tops off his dinner with a blueberry dessert that is just heavenly.

Dazed and Infused (Infused Vodka)
Infused vodkas are easy to make and even easier to drink. That is why we decided to make two infusions. The first, a horseradish vodka is used to marinate some steaks, flavor some potato dumplings, and make the best gosh-darn Bloody Mary you have ever seen. The second, a blackberry and lemongrass vodka, is used to help sweat onions and and get us to a new level of inebriation.

Leeks, Beer, Touchdown!!! (Beer)
For the Superbowl this year we've prepared an interesting menu for you. What pigskin loving man (or woman) could resist bay-con? None is the answer I was looking for. Why you ask? Well I'll tell ya. Ronen is coaching us in the makings of a Leek Tart while Dave officiates from the sidelines. But where's the bay-con you ask? Well it's in the Potato Salad, just to add the right amount of fat to any Superbowl extravaganza. Of course, the heavy cream and cheese in the tart can't hurt either. And just when you thought the process of opening a beer is as predictable as a ten yard field goal, Jim pulls a quarterback sneak, and shows you a trick that's destined to become a regular party favorite. But that's not all. Ronen closes off the show with his game winning Oatmeal Stout Chocolate Torte. Even the biggest of couch potatoes will get up to grab a piece of this pie.

It's a Vontastic Valentines (Chambord)
Ah, Valentines Day. Love is in the air, Chambord is in our stomaches, and we at The Inebriated Kitchen are prepared. For this episode we have none other than the artist of Love himself, Von Von Von, to sing us his hit tune, "Get it on." Also, our in house vegetarian Dave is cooking for us a Jim Beam and Coke ham. "Nothing says love like a ham," says Dave. Jim is the doctor of love with 4 Chambord drinks to make any special lady finally admit, "I Love You." And to top it off, Ronen shows you how to make a Chambord Raspberry Chocolate Mousse that'll close the night off in that perfect way. So if you're ready to make Valentines a night to remember, go no further than your computer and a high speed connection of love to The Inebriated Kitchen. We'll show you the way to your ladies heart quicker than she can say, "Right there, Oh Yeah, that's the spot!"

Mixed Drunks (Mixed Drinks)
Dear Diary:

Today, I watched the Inebriated Kitchen. The subject was mixed drinks and Ronen made crepes while Dave made tostadas with a margarita glaze. And as if I needed more temptation today, James made several delicious drinks as well.

I just don't know who is dreamier, James or Ronen. Oh diary, decisions... decisions. Anyhow, I think I have to get back to playing in the yard, I can't wait until my next date with the Inebriated Kitchen!
